Meet the Team

Owner, Managing Partner
Cagney Goodly
Cagney is an accomplished community organizer and strategic operations expert with a passion for empowering underserved communities and advancing social equity. With extensive experience in data-driven outreach, crisis management, and team leadership, Cagney has built a career dedicated to addressing systemic challenges and driving positive change.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cagney demonstrated exceptional leadership by organizing a coalition of over 60 public defenders in New Orleans to support progressive judicial candidates, ensuring safety protocols were in place while navigating one of the most resource-deficient periods in recent history.

Cagney's ability to mobilize teams and implement strategic solutions under pressure exemplifies their commitment to serving the community.

As a former job coach for individuals facing barriers to employment—such as those who are formerly incarcerated, disabled, or at-risk youth— Cagney gained firsthand insight into the systemic obstacles impacting people's lives. This experience has informed her advocacy and strategic approach, shaping their belief in creating opportunities for all and fostering collaborative environments for collective progress.

A skilled communicator and strategist, Cagney has designed and conducted virtual trainings for campaign teams, managed peer-to-peer messaging campaigns to engage voters, and built legislative toolkits to support nonprofits in advancing their policy goals.
